# Utility

In addition to PAL, Palio utilizes GOLD as a secondary off-chain currency. GOLD functions exclusively within the game environment for basic transactions and regular gameplay loops, complementing PAL tokens while remaining non-transferable outside the game ecosystem.\

Total Supply: **1 Billion.** 

The largest pool of $PAL tokens exists in the form of Player Rewards. We don't have any tokens allocated to the investors/team/advisors.

* Player Rewards: 75%&#x20;

(It will be available in multiple apps in the Palio ecosystem, among which Palio: Craft & Trade will be unlocked a certain percentage at the start of each game season after the game launches, vesting monthly over 60 game seasons/months)

* Marketing: 15.5%&#x20;

(9.5% unlocked at TGE, and the remaining 6% vesting quarterly over 24 months)

* Liquidity: 6.5%  (fully unlocked at TGE)
* IDO: 2% (fully unlocked at TGE)
* Patoshi (AI Agent) Community Airdrop: 1% (fully unlocked at TGE)
